NOMAD WORLD

I own a 2 bed 3 bath 1,800 square foot townhome in the heart of the Belmont neighborhood (between Plaza Midwood & NoDa), just one block from Bloom & Bottle, Ace Burger, Abari and Sweet Lews bbq. I live alone with my 6 year old well trained Sheepadoodle named Frisco and a senior cat named Luna.



I have a guest bed and guest bath that would be perfect for a short term renter. It is furnished with a bed and large closet and custom built in storage. You’ll have your own bathroom just outside the bedroom with a shower/full tub. I have a washer dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, all the standard “amenities” you’d need along with one of the VERY best views of the Charlotte skyline from my private 500 square foot rooftop.



I am open to additional pets but they must be okay with both of my animals, especially my cat. She has very bad arthritis and cannot be chased around, etc by another pup. I travel often, work a LOT so would be a perfect situation for both of us to not feel cramped. I don’t usually have lots of people over (but I’m always open to a friendly hang whenever!). I’m also always down to grab a bite or glass of wine out somewhere too. I absolutely love my house and I think you will too!
